ARMYs get ready -another exciting announcement has landed! While fans are still in the midst of enjoying HOPE ON THE STAGE, and Jin’s recent album news, the vocalist has gifted everyone with another surprise and this time he’s heading out on the road.

Jin is officially embarking on his first-ever solo tour, titled ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR’ which will take him to 9 cities across the globe. The tour starts with a two-night run in Goyang, South Korea from June 28 to 29 at Goyang Auxiliary Stadium, before heading to Chiba and Osaka in Japan. These opening shows will also be available for live streaming via Weverse, allowing ARMY around the world to join in on the excitement.

The tour name is of course a playful nod to his entertaining variety series Run Jin, featured on BTS’ official YouTube channel. In the show's latest episode as the series comes to an end, Jin shared his wish to continue connecting with fans by meeting them in person. In this way, the title is also a representation of Jin running to meet ARMY (BTS’ official fandom) around the globe through the upcoming tour. Since his military discharge, Jin has always been eager to interact with fans through various in person events including the post-discharge hugging event.

Following the Korean and Japanese stops, Jin will make his way to North America, and finally European fans will get a glimpse of their Worldwide Handsome singer. The North American and European leg begins July 17 in Anaheim, California, followed by stops in Dallas (TX), Tampa (FL), Newark (NJ), and two dates in London (UK), and wrapping up in Amsterdam (Netherlands). Fans across both continents can look forward to seeing their worldwide handsome star up close.

Speaking of Happy, and in more good news Jin unveiled details on his new second solo album titled Echo. The album features seven tracks, including a collaboration with K-pop singer Yena on the single Loser, and hints at a more mature, possibly, rock-influenced sound, an aesthetic that is reflected in the tour poster as the singer as always is dressed stylish and elegantly complete with a chic leather jacket.
