ARTMS is embarking on their 2025 world tour in North America, beginning this March. Bringing together five beloved former members of LOONA - HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, and HaSeul. The group's formation in late 2023 offering fans hope for the continuation of the artistry and vision that made LOONA a global phenomenon.
The quintet made their highly anticipated debut in January 2024 with their first full-length album "Dall" (달), which masterfully bridges their past and future. The album's title track, "Moonlight Theory," showcases their signature ethereal vocals while introducing a more mature sound that blends dream pop with contemporary R&B elements. Billboard recognized "Dall" as one of the best K-pop releases of 2024.
The group's commitment to honoring their history while moving forward is perhaps best exemplified by their upcoming Lunar Theory world tour. In a significant move that resonated deeply with fans, ARTMS announced that their setlist would prominently feature LOONA songs alongside their new material.
Modhaus CEO Jaden Jeong, who previously worked with LOONA during their early years, explained the decision in a Billboard interview.
"LOONA has a huge catalog of very good songs, and we wanted to keep that legacy going." This approach has been warmly received by fans, who see it as a thoughtful way to preserve and celebrate LOONA's musical heritage.
Meanwhile, ARTMS are teasing more additions to their cinematic universe.
