XLOV Releases Debut Single 'I'mma Be'

On January 7, 4-member group XLOV (Wumuti, Rui, Hyun, and Haru) under 257 Entertainment have debuted with the release of their first single 'I'mma Be.'

The concept of X containing the meaning of the unknown and the negative, LOV containing the unfinished love. The debut single 'I'mma Be' contains 'unfinished love' and 'the various kinds of painful love they've experienced', and aims to show off the various and delicate charms that only each member can express.

With lyrics written by the leader Wumuti, I'mma Be is a hip-hop R&B-based song. From the intro, the harmony of the main string riff and the background chorus makes the mysterious and eerie atmosphere of the entire song stand out even more, and behind the groovy rap part, the addictive "I'm a be your woo woo woo" lingers in your ears, and the melody reminiscent of a fox cry is impressive.

Additionally, the song's tension is further maximized with a different melody in the last pre-hook section, and the gender neutral charm of "XLOV" stands out.

With 3 of the 4 members having experience with various survival shows such as Boys Planet, the group is already receiving a lot of support from fans. An online showcase hosted by TMC and ToTh6y's Wonsik was held to celebrate the release of the debut single.
