NCT WISH Goes "Steady" with 1st Mini Album Release

NCT WISH is releasing their first mini album “Steady” today, available on all streaming platforms at 6PM KST.

“Steady” captures all the miraculous moments from the group’s debut to the present day, expressing their desire to carry them on forever. The album includes seven tracks, including the title song 'Steady' along with 'Dunk Shot,' '3 Minutes,' 'On & On,' 'Supercute,' 'Skate' and the Korean version of 'Hands Up,' fully showcasing the group’s upgraded refreshing and neo vibe.

The title track 'Steady' is a dance song blending house, UK garage and Jersey Club beats with a refined melody. With a Gen Z sensibility, the song conveys the group’s heartfelt desire to maintain their miraculous friendship forever in a candid and upbeat manner. Renowned hitmaker KENZIE worked on the lyrics, composition and arrangement to maximize NCT WISH's Gen Z appeal.

The music video for the title track, released alongside the album, tells the story of an innocent and exciting adolescent first love. The cinematic production and visual aesthetic are expected to resonate with people of all generations.

As of September 23, the album has recorded 800,000 pre-orders, breaking the previous record of 630,000 set by their single “Songbird” released in July. Since their debut, NCT WISH has consistently grown step by step to solidify their position as the top rookie of 2024.
