The global K-pop exhibition, D’FESTA, is set to take place at The Source OC starting on 9/7 and features exclusive content of 9 K-pop groups: ENHYPEN, TXT, Stray Kids, NCT Dream, TWICE, NCT 127, SEVENTEEN, BTS, and NU’EST. This event will showcase a diverse lineup of content, including exhibitions of never-before-seen artist photos and artwork, the “Artist Pic” photo booth, a cup sleeve collaboration event with Old Ferry Donut, and a virtual K-pop concert experience, The Movie.
According to the D’FESTA team, K-pop fans will have the chance to dance to music on the interactive VR stages, view photos, diaries, and artwork made by K-pop artists, and capture unforgettable moments at the “Artist Pic” photo booth. Attendees can also purchase various exclusive artist merchandise such as photocards, eco-bags, T-shirts, stickers, and posters.
At the VIP premiere of D’FESTA on July 13th, an attendee who watched The Movie described it as a “10 out of 10 experience,” and expressed delight at the lifelike experience of seeing BTS perform right before their eyes.
The D’FESTA team stated, “We hope that D’FESTA will become more than just an exhibition, but a gathering place for the American K-pop fan community. With limited opportunities for offline K-pop content experiences in the U.S., we aim for D’FESTA to provide the immersive experience that fans have been missing.
