[Concert Review] ITZY Rocks Newark with "Born to Be" Concert



On June 23, 2024, ITZY set the stage on fire with their electrifying performance in Newark at the Prudential Center, delivering a concert that will be remembered fondly by MIDZYs. The night kicked off with a powerful intro featuring an extended version of 'Born To Be,' setting the tone for an unforgettable evening, with every song played by a live band.

Each member had a moment to shine with solo performances that showcased their unique talents. Chaeryeong and Yeji's solos were a masterclass in dance, captivating the audience with their precision and passion. Chaeryeong's confidence has visibly grown, and it was a joy to see her commanding the stage with such assurance. Yeji, as always, delivered a flawless performance that left the crowd in awe.

Ryujin took a different route, embodying a rocker vibe that contrasted brilliantly with the group's usual style. Her edgy performance was a highlight of the night, demonstrating her versatility as an artist. Yuna's solo, on the other hand, was a playful and charming spectacle, with a pink and cute stage setup that perfectly matched her bubbly personality. Throughout the concert, Yuna was the queen of fanservice, constantly waving and smiling at the crowd, creating a warm atmosphere.
