aespa has released the group’s first full-length album Armageddon live on all music streaming platforms at 6PM KST, the new album features 10 songs including the title track “Armageddon,” showcasing the group’s more mature musical world while cementing their singular identity.
Marking the group’s first-ever full-length album since debuting in 2020, Armageddon ushers in season 2 of their expanded universe that traverses beyond real and digital world into the multiverse. As one can glean from the slogan “I define myself,” the new album encapsulates aespa’s signature concept and identity.
The album has cemented the group’s status as a hitmaker by recording over 1.02 million pre-order sales, putting them on track to achieve fourth consecutive million-seller status following “Girls,” ”MY WORLD ” and ”Drama.” The CD player version of the album made especially for the fans also sold out immediately after it went on pre-order sale.
The title track “Armageddon” is a hip-hop dance song characterized by powerful synth bass and trendy old-school vibe. The raw yet restrained vocal tone fuses with the lyrics which convey the message of meeting different selves in different worlds, facing infinite possibilities and ultimately becoming a complete self.
The performance of “Armageddon,” composed of addictive choreo that is hip yet restrained, translates to groove that is uniquely aespa and highlights the group’s elevated stage presence.

Released on May 13, the double title track “Supernova” with its unique “metallic taste” charm has reached #1 on all domestic music charts including Melon TOP100, HOT100, Bugs, Genie, Flo and VIBE, in addition to surpassing 31 million cumulative streams on Spotify.
To celebrate the release of Armageddon with fans from around the world, aespa will be hosted “aespa ‘Armageddon’ Coundown Live” on YouTube, TikTok, and Weverse today, where the group will preview new tracks and share some exciting behind-the-scenes stories from making the album.
Following the release of their first full-length album Armageddon aespa will embark on their second world tour “2024 aespa LIVE TOUR – SYNK : Parallel Line,” starting with a performance in Seoul on Jun 29 – 30 and covering 14 regions across Asia and Australia.
