IU made her dramatic return with "Love Wins All", a pre-release single featuring the acting skills of BTS' V.
"Love Wins All" acts as the legendary soloists first release since her last album "Lilac" in 2021, as well as her feature in "People Pt.2" by BTS' Suga as Agust D in April 2023.
The MV for "Love Wins All" features the two iconic idols/actors starring side-by-side as a deaf woman, and partially blind man in a post-apocalyptic setting, where they were being hunted down by an ominous cube. In the MV, the duo found brief respite through the lense of an old camcorder, where they were able to envision a world where they were free to live, have fun, and even get married. The video served as a sorrowful yet cinematic setting, enhanced by IU's wistful, melancholic vocals of staying with your lover until the end.
