According to several prominent South Korean news outlets, BTS’ V and BLACKPINK’s Jennie have supposedly broken up.
This news has shocked many fans not least of all because the relationship was never officially confirmed by either party or their respective agencies.
Many have speculated that their breakup was as a result of V’s impending military enlistment, and that —like many other idols who have gone into service — their romantic relationship, cannot withstand the strain and distance.
Meanwhile, Jennie recently ended months of speculation when she and her fellow group members renewed their contracts with YG; although it is unclear if Jennie will go solo under a different label.
