ATEEZ San Stuns in Emotional Cover of "Breathe"

Choi San from global hit boy group ATEEZ hinted that he would soon be gifting fans with a cover song. When probed on April 16th when the song would come out, he finally broke the silence by announcing that it would be released on the 17th. Many fans speculated what the cover could possibly be, as the idol mentioned how special the song was to him, and that it was "a song he wanted to sing to someone since high school".

On the morning of April 17th, fans were stunned when the ATEEZ YouTube channel dropped the video of San's astoundingly beautiful cover of "Breathe" by Lee Hi. The idol demonstrated his smooth, honey-like vocals, perfectly delivering the tender emotions of the song and proving his title as "lead vocalist" in the group. ATINY are now speculating that the "someone" he wanted to sing the song to, was actually the idol himself! Making it all the more emotional. The cover piano was provided by LAKOV, and was mixed and recorded by Maddox, as well as fellow member and leader of ATEEZ Hongjoong

The song was originally by Lee Hi, and written by the dear Jonghyun from SHINee. Kpop fans across the board can agree upon the emotional connection they have to this song, and it's safe to say that San did it justice.
