The concert opened up with the all-woman band Band-Maid hyping
up the crowd with a 20-minute set.
After Band-Maid’s performance, we waited in burning anticipation
for The Last Rockstars to take the stage.
The Last Rockstars delivered an electrifying performance. The
band took the stage to thunderous applause, and from the very first note, they
had the crowd in the palm of their hand.
Lead singer Hyde’s powerful vocals soared throughout the venue, commanding everyone's attention. The guitar riffs from Sugizo and Miyavi were nothing short of amazing, and the thundering beats from drummer Yoshiki kept the energy level high.
The band played songs including "Messiah," "Shine” and "Psycho Love.” The band played covers of their own individual songs such as Hyde's "6 or 9" Miyavi's "Bang" and X Japan's Born to be Free, L’arc-En-Ciel's "Honey" and the crowd was singing along and dancing along to every song.
The rockers showed off their musical diversity while Sugizo did a violin solo and a guitar duet with Miyavi and Yoshiki performed both a drum and piano solo.
