K-pop boy band RoaD-B (consisting of Chanseung, Eddy, Baekhan, Day, and Teen) is making their North American debut on Sunday, November 20 at the North Carolina's 6th annual KoreaFest created by Korean non-profit InWave.
The group recently released their latest single ‘Icarus’ which has gathered much acclaim internationally.
On Sunday November 20th, The first full-fledged KoreaFest music festival features additional performances from local and international artists like DJ Moobek, Christian Rapper HeeSun Lee, Filmmaker & Indie Rap artist DANakaDAN, and Jamon Maple also known for his appearance on the Korean variety show "I Can See Your Voice" as well as singer and actress Hwang In Sun from Produce 101. The event will also feature a special dance class by SM/HYBE Entertainment professional choreographer Sea Ni.
InWave strives to assist in connecting the global community to the locals of North Carolina by connecting international Korean culture to the Korean diaspora community located in Raleigh, North Carolina. InWave hosted the 1st Korean festival in the state of North Carolina in February of 2017 and since then, they have been successfully upholding their mission of ''Celebrating Unity Through Korean Culture". This year, KoreaFest is back with a 2-day event, Saturday, November 19th featuring the cultural festival with food, presenters, contests, and more, and Sunday's Music Festival.
The 6th Annual KoreaFest 2-day event will be held at the Exposition Center (NC State Fairgrounds) located at 4825 Trinity Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607.
